Edward Neth

Dr. Edward Neth serves as a lecturer of chemistry at the University of Connecticut, a position he has held since 2004. He also serves as the department's webmaster and IT administrator. In addition, he is a member of several University committees for technology planning and implementation. A native of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Dr. Neth holds a B.S. in chemistry from Fairfield University. He also holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Neth has worked as in information technology as a network engineer for Priceline.com and has functioned as director of academic computing at the University of New Haven in Connecticut. Dr. Neth is a lead teacher and power user for OWL (online web learning) and is an avid UConn Huskies M and W basketball fan.
