He has served as a POE Master Teacher since 1996, has authored several POE end-of-course exams, and has written curriculum materials for the POE, DE, and CIM courses. Mr. Marshall has a Bachelor of Science Degree in K-12 Technology Education and a Master of Science Degree in Education from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
